NO! We don’t put ketchup on pasta. We actually don’t put ketchup anywhere except for fries, sandwiches, burgers and hot dogs (I mean, not very Italian dishes).
I had some collegues that had the bad habit of putting ketchup on pasta, also on pasta al ragù….also on pizza!
If you have any doubt, I can assure you. We don’t use ketchup in our recipes. If you find it somewhere and they tell’you it’s an Italian specialty, just laugh at them and run away!!
